Minnesota - The Minnesota case was settled on Monday, April 19, 2004. The terms of the settlement call for Microsoft to pay up to $241.1 million in total restitution. Class notification started on July 6. Members of the class can claim $9 for Word, Works, and Home Essentials, $15 for Windows or MS-DOS, and $23 for Office or Excel.
