Arizona - On June 28, Maricopa County Superior Court gave preliminary approval to a settlement that would allow purchasers of Microsoft products between January 1, 1996 and December 31, 2002 to receive settlements of $9 for Windows or MS-DOS purchases, and $15 for Word, Office, and Excel purchases. The total settlement amount is $104.6 million. All of the above amounts are for Windows purchases only; Mac products are not eligible for the settlement.
