Howard Yellen founded the
Settlement Recovery Center in 2003. Mr. Yellen is a graduate of Berkeley 's Boalt
Law School , where he was Technology Editor of the California Law Review. He
practiced law with Orrick, Herrington and Sutcliffe before branching out as a
legal technology consultant, and founded five successful businesses prior to
starting the Settlement Recovery Center.
David Morgenstein joined the Settlement Recovery Center
after serving as Director of Operations at Commerce
One, the pioneer in e-commerce marketplaces.
Prior to Commerce One, David held executive level positions
at various technology and distribution companies.
David has an undergraduate degree in Marketing from the
University of Arizona and an MBA from Golden Gate
University.
Jill Pappenheimer has more than 15 years experience in the
human resources industry. She has consulted with large and
small companies on compensation, employee relations, hiring,
organizational development, human resource systems, training
and operational issues. Jill has an MBA with an emphasis
in Human Resources from the University of Denver.
