Fulfillment Specialists:
Process Microsoft licensing claims forms. Work with client base
in investigating and researching qualifying hardware and software
purchases with regard to obtaining maximum settlement benefits.
Provide analysis of complex issues or questions presented by staff
and/or clients with regard to fulfilling claims.
Recovery Consultant:
Conduct sales calls to prospective clients utilizing available
tools and resources. Track clients using ACT! software. In this
unique sales opportunity you will be helping companies recover
money that Microsoft wrongfully took from them. Our customer base
is virtually every company in California with 10 or more computers.
